Pre– and Post– Natal
   

One of the best starts you can give your baby is a healthy, active pregnancy, and we can help and advise you on all aspects of exercise and nutrition while you’re pregnant.
 
Obviously you and your baby need a special kind of attention, with more emphasis on stretching, toning and a gentle aerobic programme—we love to get groups of mums-to-be to prepare for their big day, and when they’ve become new mums, to get back in shape afterwards by training with baby!
 
And when the weather’s good, you’ll find us in the park making the most of the fresh air. There’s an undeniable social element to this kind of event, so it won’t feel like training at all. (Remember, we’ve promised that you’ll have fun with us!)
