Most of us have busy lifestyles, and fitting in another commitment can seem impossible. So we’re as flexible as you need to be in making time for your programme. This means we can do early mornings, before work, from home, evenings, after work, at lunch hours, weekends (not Sundays!), even with your children, or combinations of the above, distance permitting.
